Beginning repairs and custom painting
Removing parts and trim
New Goodmark hood installed. Sheet metal repairs complete. Wheels removed. They will be sent out to be polished and “Clear powdercoated”
Paint removed to avoid excessive film build under the new custom paint
Primer coat applied. Prepping the cab back panel for painting
Cab back painted. Basecoat applied to cab sheet metal. Prepping for flame layout/ painting
Laying out flames
Spraying of flames complete. Binder applied. Prepping for clear coat
Block sanding clear coat to flatten the flame edges. Will re-clear when done

Final clear coat applied. Beginning sanding/ polishing
Foam mold created for “shaving” of the tail lamp openings
Tail lamp openings filled. Bed side panel repairs complete
Bed side panels stripped. Primer coat applied. block sanding prior to final primer coat
